Land & Luxury is the most ambitious marketing initiative in LandVest’s history: an annual lifestyle magazine created in partnership with Greydoor Publications. I led the creative direction, building the workflow and managing production across teams to bring the vision to life. Designed to elevate the brand’s presence in the luxury space, the magazine showcases extraordinary properties, thought leadership, and regional lifestyle content across New England and beyond. With two issues launched, it has quickly become both a sales tool and a storytelling platform—blending editorial craft with high-value property marketing.
